Designation
Description
22ЖР steel is used: for the production of ultra-pure hot-rolled billets bars square profile with a size of 80−300 mm and length up to 1550 mm, intended for remelting in electric furnaces for producing ingots of heat-resistant and heat-resistant steel grades 09X18H9, 08X16H11M3, 10Х2МФБ (PT 531), 10KH2M (48TH-1) and 10Х2М1ФБ (48ТН-2).

Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-1490-75, the content of impurities of non-ferrous metals (tin, zinc, lead, antimony, bismuth, arsenic) should not exceed 1 score of the spectral analysis scale for each element. The content of impurities of non-ferrous metals is guaranteed by the supplier. It is allowed to supply blanks with a mass fraction of sulfur not more than 0.030% in an amount of 10% of the volume of supply, as agreed by the parties.
