Description

DB steel is used: for the production of billets of circular cross-section of steel treated liquid synthetic slag in the ladle and is intended for the production of seamless pipes gorjachedeformirovannye.

According to TU 14-1-3500-82 in the pipe blank, the content of residual elements in DB steel should not exceed the requirements of GOST 380. In finished rolled products, tolerances in chemical composition should not exceed the standard of GOST 380, with the exception of sulfur and phosphorus, in which deviations not allowed. The total content of sulfur and phosphorus should not be more than 0.050%.

Contamination of metal non-metallic inclusions shall not exceed the maximum score: - sulphides (S) - 3.5 points; - on oxides and silicates (FROM, OS, SP, SH) - 4.0 points.
