10KH11N23T3MR steel is used: for the manufacture of springs especially for critical applications operating at elevated temperatures; details of special fasteners limited time operation at temperatures up to +700 °C; the details, which are increased requirements for heat resistance.

Steel heat-resistant austenitic class.
The recommended maximum operating temperature for a limited period of work — +700 °C. the Temperature of beginning of intensive scaling in air +850 °C.

Particularities of production of goods Wire on the other 14-1-929-74 put in cold-worked condition with a degree of autofrettage 20±2 % ("PN") and 40±4 % ("N"). The degree of work hardening is discussed in the order. Before cold deformation wire (workpiece) is subjected to annealing in air with temperature 1090-1110 °C. the Wire comes in a bleached condition. The surface of the wire should be flat and smooth, without cracks, shells, sunsets, wooloowin, scratches delamination and traces of Pererva. Traces the technological lubricant on the surface of the wire are not allowed. Allowed without scale gray color of the surface. On the surface of the wire allowed some small risks, the depth of which does not exceed half the tolerance on the diameter.
