AL7 aluminum-copper foundry alloy

AL7 is an aluminum-copper casting-alloy designation used for small and medium shaped castings and selected engineering components. The exact chemistry, casting method, heat treatment and acceptance requirements must be checked against the governing standard or customer specification.
