Steel SV-07Х22Н13Г5СТ (ЧС49)
Designation
Description
Steel SV-07Х22Н13Г5СТ used: for the production of forged square billets with section of 85х85 mm and 125х125 mm, intended for further manufacture of welding wire.
Note
Steel corrosion resistant heat resistant.
Standards
Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-4241-87, the chemical composition is presented for steel grade Sv-07H22N13G5ST (ChS49), melted in a plasma arc furnace and steel grade Sv-07H22N13G5ST-Sh (CS49-Sh) electroslag remelting. Deviations from the indicated chemical composition are allowed: carbon +0.010%, manganese + 0.50%, silicon +0.30%, titanium +0.10%, sulfur + 0.5050%, phosphorus +0, 0050%. Other deviations are allowed upon agreement between the supplier and the customer. Calcium is applied to steel to 0.10%, yttrium to 0.050%, cerium to 0.20%, boron to 0.040%, the content of which is not determined by chemical analysis. Aluminum is injected into the steel with 2.20% calculated without taking into account the fumes. The aluminum content in the finished metal is not determined and the certificate is not introduced.
