Alloy OT4-0

Designation

Name The value
Designation GOST Cyrillic ОТ4-0
Designation GOST Latin OT4-0
Transliteration OT4-0
By chemical elements SnTe4-0

Description

Alloy OT4−0 is used: for the manufacture of semi-finished products (sheets, strips, foils, strips, plates, bars, rods, profiles, tubes, forgings and forged blanks) by the strain, and bars; parts of complex configuration, continuously operating at temperatures of +300 to 350 °C and intermittent temperatures of +500−600 °C. the Alloy is used in parts which require high workability in cold forging.

Note

Titanium alloy with good corrosion resistance. Alloy OT4−0 low strength and high processability. Manganese improves the workability during hot working by pressure. Alloy is a pseudo — a class with a small number of b-phase. Which cannot be thermally hardened. Alloy well deformed in the hot and cold States, permits forging at room temperature; good weld all types of welding.
