Molybdenum MCH
Designation
Description
Molybdenum MCH is used: for the production of annealed strips intended for the manufacture of parts of vacuum devices by deep drawing; the wire diameter is from 20 to 1000 microns, obtained by powder metallurgy and used for the manufacture of meshes and parts for various applications in electronic products.
Note
Without molybdenum additives.
Standards
Chemical composition
Mo is the basis.
According to GOST 25442-82 the chemical composition is given for molybdenum of MCH grade. It is permissible to increase the mass proportions of impurities of aluminum, iron, calcium, and magnesium, while retaining the sums of the mass fractions of aluminum + iron, calcium + magnesium.
According to OST 11 021.004-76 the chemical composition is given for molybdenum of MCH grade. The total mass fraction of impurities should not be more than 0.040%. The amount of impurities includes the following elements: calcium, magnesium, silicon, nickel, iron, aluminum, if they are not additives.
