Molybdenum MRN

Designation

Name The value
Designation GOST Cyrillic МРН
Designation GOST Latin MPH
Transliteration MRN
By chemical elements CuHgNi

Description

Molybdenum MRN is used: for the manufacture of wire with a diameter from 600 to 1000 µm, obtained by powder metallurgy and used for the manufacture of parts for various applications in electronic products.

Note

Without molybdenum additives. The recrystallization temperature of the molybdenum of this brand are slightly higher than that of molybdenum stamps MCH, due to the larger content of impurities.

Technological properties

Name The value
Particularities of production of goods For OST 11 021.004-76 wire micron size range comes in the following six groups: A. Wire having on a surface layer of the technological lubricant; B. Wire, free from technological lubricant by electrochemical etching method; B. Wire, annealed to the required mechanical properties, Wire, purified by the method of electrochemical etching and annealed to the required mechanical properties; D. Wire, annealed to the required mechanical properties. Compared to the wire group has higher strength and less elongation; E. Wire, purified by the method of electrochemical etching and annealed to the required mechanical properties. Compared with the wire of the group G has a higher coefficient "K" and a smaller elongation.
