Description

Bronze Bro5c5s5 used: for the production of castings of valves, anti-friction parts operating friction (bushing, seals, grindbox with external diameter up to 300 mm and a length of not more than 250 mm), bearings; casting parts mining and metallurgical machinery; casting parts, metallurgical engineering (anti-friction parts, fittings and other parts with surface high purity); casting parts for shipbuilding, marine engineering and instrument making; castings components pulp and paper industry.

Note

Recommended as a substitute for brass Lmcs (ЛМцС58−2-2). The coefficient of friction of bronze without lubrication 0,15, with grease — 0,0093. The maximum permissible speed is 3 m/s Maximum load capacity: static — 50 kgf/cm2, dynamic — 100 kgf/cm2 s.
