Description
Bronze Bro10f1 used: for the production of ingots from scrap and waste of nonferrous metals and alloys used as charge material for the manufacture of tin bronze casting; casting parts, friction fittings, heavy-loaded parts, auger drives, spindle plates and nuts, crowns worm wheels; casting parts, metallurgical machinery (gears, uterine nuts, bearings, bushings, piston rings, worm wheels and other parts exposed to friction and high wear in machines precise handling); casting parts for shipbuilding, marine engineering and instrument making; crowns worm wheels, nuts, and other parts for especially severe conditions of work; details of bodies of rotation (outer diameter up to 600 mm and length 500 mm).

Vysokohromistyh bronze. The alloy system Cu-Sn-P. Is a substitute for bronzes brands Bra10zh3mc2 (Brazhmc10−3-1.5) and Bra9zh3l (Brazh9−4L), brass Lazhmc (ЛАЖМц66−6-3−2). Chemical composition
The total percentage of impurities in the OST 1 90054-72 (elements with a content of ≤) is 0.9%. Impurities that are not regulated by the table are included in the total amount of impurities.
According to GOST 613-79, OST 5P.9209-82 and STP M314-95, the total content of impurities should be ≤ 1.00%. Impurities not regulated by the standard are included in the total amount of impurities. The mass fraction of nickel due to copper and the sum of impurities is not included.
According to OST 24.916.01-71 the total content of impurities should be ≤ 0.75%. The content of nickel is allowed due to the copper content.
According to GOST 614-97 the chemical composition is given for bronze БрО10Ф1, made in the form of ingots from scrap and wastes of non-ferrous metals and alloys. The total mass fraction of impurities is ≤ 1.40%. Nickel can be included in the mass fraction of copper - in this case nickel in the sum of impurities is not taken into account.
