Classification

This standard corresponds to ST SEV 1483-78. Depending on the ratio of outer diameter(Dn) to wall thickness(s) pipes are subdivided into:

  • especially thin-walled at Dn/s more than 40 and pipe with a diameter of 20 mm or less with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm or less;
  • thin-walls with Dn/s from 12,5 to 40 and pipe of 20 mm diameter and less with 1,5 mm wall;
  • thick-walls at Dín / s from 6 to 12,5;
  • extra thick-walled at Dn/s less than 6.

Rolled tubular products shall be manufactured in length:

Of unlimited length from 1.5 to 11.5 m; of measured length from 4.5 to 9 m with length tolerance of +10 mm, at the request of foreign trade organizations, the pipe is manufactured at measured length from 4 to 9 m with tolerance limit on theAt the customer's request and with +10 mm length tolerance limit deviation for total length, from 1.5 to 9 m with allowance for each cut of 5 mm (if other allowance is not specified in the order), and with tolerance limit deviation for total length not exceeding the specified for nominal length pipe.

By agreement with the customer

Subject to agreement with customer, pipe may be manufactured with combined outside diameter tolerances, e.g. increased accuracy, GOST 9567, and wall thickness tolerances of ordinary accuracy, or with single-sided dimensional tolerance. Value of theoretical weight of 1 m pipes is calculated by arithmetic mean value of sum of plus and minus limit deviation

Theoretical mass of 1 m of tube length is calculated in kilograms according to the formula,

When determining the theoretical weight of 1 m of tubing the density of steel is 7,85 g/cm3.

On customer request the production of tubes with 4 mm diameter and wall thickness from 0,2 to 1,2 mm, diameters 125 and 133 mm withof 125 and 133 mm in diameter, wall thickness from 2,0 up to 20 mm, and also sizes 29´5,5; 32´8,5; 33´1,5; 33´8,0; 39´3,0; 41´5,5; 43´8,0; 44´3,0; 46´3,0; 46´6,0; 55´9,0; 58´4,0 and 84´8,0 mm.

Tubes 100 mm in diameter and larger with a ratio of Dn / s over 50 and pipes with a ratio of Dn / s less than 4 are supplied as agreed with the customer technical documentation.

Classification

This standard corresponds to ST SEV 1483-78. Depending on the ratio of outer diameter(Dn) to wall thickness(s) pipes are subdivided into:

  • especially thin-walled at Dn/s more than 40 and pipe with a diameter of 20 mm or less with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm or less;
  • thin-walls with Dn/s from 12,5 to 40 and pipe of 20 mm diameter and less with 1,5 mm wall;
  • thick-walls at Dín / s from 6 to 12,5;
  • extra thick-walled at Dn/s less than 6.

Rolled tubular products shall be manufactured in length:

Of unlimited length from 1.5 to 11.5 m; of measured length from 4.5 to 9 m with length tolerance of +10 mm, at the request of foreign trade organizations, the pipe is manufactured at measured length from 4 to 9 m with tolerance limit on theAt the customer's request and with +10 mm length tolerance limit deviation for total length, from 1.5 to 9 m with allowance for each cut of 5 mm (if other allowance is not specified in the order), and with tolerance limit deviation for total length not exceeding the specified for nominal length pipe.

By agreement with the customer

Subject to agreement with customer, pipe may be manufactured with combined outside diameter tolerances, e.g. increased accuracy, GOST 9567, and wall thickness tolerances of ordinary accuracy, or with single-sided dimensional tolerance. Value of theoretical weight of 1 m pipes is calculated by arithmetic mean value of sum of plus and minus limit deviation

Pipes with a diameter of 100 mm or more with a ratio of Dn / s over 50 and pipes with a ratio of Dn / s less than 4 are supplied as agreed with the customer technical documentation.

Classification

This standard corresponds to ST SEV 1483-78. Depending on the ratio of outer diameter(Dn) to wall thickness(s) pipes are subdivided into:

  • especially thin-walled at Dn/s more than 40 and pipe with a diameter of 20 mm or less with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm or less;
  • thin-walls with Dn/s from 12,5 to 40 and pipe of 20 mm diameter and less with 1,5 mm wall;
  • thick-walls at Dín / s from 6 to 12,5;
  • extra thick-walled at Dn/s less than 6.

Rolled tubular products shall be manufactured in length:

Of unlimited length from 1.5 to 11.5 m; of measured length from 4.5 to 9 m with length +10 mm deviation limits; at the request of foreign trade organizations, the pipe is manufactured at measured length from 4 to 9 m with deviation limits onAt the customer's request and with +10 mm length tolerances, length multiple of measured, from 1.5 to 9 m with allowance for each cut of 5 mm (if other allowance is not specified in the order) and with tolerances on the total length not exceeding the specified for nominal length pipe.

By agreement with the customer

Subject to agreement with customer, pipe may be manufactured with combined outside diameter tolerances, e.g. increased accuracy, GOST 9567, and wall thickness - normal accuracy, or with single-sided dimensional tolerance. Value of theoretical weight of 1 m pipes is calculated by arithmetic mean value of sum of plus and minus limit deviation

Pipes with a diameter of 100 mm or more with a ratio of Dn / s over 50 and pipes with a ratio of Dn / s less than 4 are supplied as agreed with the customer technical documentation.

Classification

This standard corresponds to ST SEV 1483-78. Depending on the ratio of outer diameter(Dn) to wall thickness(s) pipes are subdivided into:

  • especially thin-walled at Dn/s more than 40 and pipe with a diameter of 20 mm or less with a wall thickness of 0.5 mm or less;
  • thin-walls with Dn/s from 12,5 to 40 and pipe of 20 mm diameter and less with 1,5 mm wall;
  • thick-walls at Dín / s from 6 to 12,5;
  • extra thick-walled at Dn/s less than 6.

Rolled tubular products shall be manufactured in length:

Of unlimited length from 1.5 to 11.5 m; of measured length from 4.5 to 9 m with length +10 mm deviation limits; at the request of foreign trade organizations, the pipe is manufactured at measured length from 4 to 9 m with deviation limits onAt the customer's request and with +10 mm length tolerance limit deviation for total length, from 1.5 to 9 m with allowance for each cut of 5 mm (if other allowance is not specified in the order), and with tolerance limit deviation for total length not exceeding the specified for nominal length pipe.

By agreement with the customer

Subject to agreement with customer, pipe may be manufactured with combined outside diameter tolerances, e.g. increased accuracy, GOST 9567, and wall thickness - normal accuracy, or with single-sided dimensional tolerance. Value of theoretical weight of 1 m pipes is calculated by arithmetic mean value of sum of plus and minus limit deviation
