Titanium manufacturing plant specializes in the casting alloy billets of «winged» metal for shipbuilding, and for the aerospace, aviation and other industries. Melting capacity of the enterprise — it is 9 vacuum furnaces, the largest of which produces billets of titanium alloys with a complicated geometry and large dimensions — up to 2.5 meters in diameter. In addition, based on the production of titanium Zelenodolsk plant mastered the production of ferrotitanium. Capacities of the enterprise allow to monthly produce about 60 tons of this production.
