According Yieh.com, the Japanese company Nippon Steel & Sumikin Stainless Steel Corp. (NSSC) starts production capacity of stainless steel sheets for the automotive industry on a full load. The increase in production will be intended for both the domestic market and for export to Asia and other regions of the world. Subsidiaries NSSC, including Yawata & Kashima, will also increase capacity by 10−20%.
