Steel St3sp (ВСт3сп)
Designation
Description
Steel st3sp is used: for the manufacture of expanded metal sheets, load-bearing elements of welded and nesvorny structures and components operating at positive temperatures; shaped and flat rolled (5th category) for load-bearing elements of welded structures operating at variable loads: with plate thickness of up to 25 mm in the temperature range from -40 °C to +425 °C, at a thickness of 25 mm rolled over — from -20 °C to +425 °C under the condition of supply with guaranteed weldability; blanks parts of pipeline valves; forgings seniam to 300 mm. strength classes KP 175, KP 195; manufacture of welded transitions, flanges, welded tees and other fittings of pipelines, as with operating temperature of -20 °C to +200 °C; as a base layer in the manufacture of hot-rolled dual-layer corrosion-resistant sheets; hot rolled pan, odnoselchanka and C-shaped profiles for agricultural machinery; profile housing final drive of the tractor; hot rolled profiles for the production of rims for agricultural machines; electric-welded pipes for the manufacture of parts and structures in motovelotehnika; two-headed rails, t-type P5, designed for ground and suspended tracks; steel bent closed welded square and rectangular sections, intended for use in agricultural machinery, tractor and other sectors of the economy; hot-rolled steel sections sheet piling, designed for cellular structures and impervious curtain; crutches accuracy class, designed for fastening of rails to wooden sleepers and rails; solid-rolled rings for different purposes.
Note
The degree of deoxidation — SP.
Long products, flat and rolled sections made strength class with 265-section up to 20 mm When strengthening treatment (reglamentary or controlled rolling or accelerated cooling) comes rolled sections up to 20 mm strength classes 295, 325 and 345.
Steel st3sp provides strength grade sheet, universal broadband rental and roll-formed profiles KP 265 with plate thickness of up to 20 mm without the use of additional hardening treatment.
Standards
Chemical composition
According to GOST 380-2005, the nitrogen content is indicated for steel smelted in electric furnaces. In open-hearth and converter steels, the content of N≤0.010%.
According to TU 108.1273-84, deviations in nickel + 0.20%, copper + 0.20% are allowed.
