Technical specifications
Tu 14-8-37-2001 regulates the production of seamless cold-deformed tubes of KhN50VMTYUB-ID alloy working at a temperature of 1100°C. The alloy is heat-resistant and heat-resistant.
Percentage composition of CrN50VMTYUB-ID
C | Si | Mn | Ni | S | P | Cr | Mo | V | Ti |
0.05 - 0.08 | 0.3 - 0.6 | 1.3 - 2 | 14 - 15.5 | ≤0.012 | ≤0.02 | 15.5 - 17 | 1.9 - 2.5 | 0.1 - 0.3 | 0.2 - 0.5 |
Chromium increases hardness and corrosion resistance. Nickel gives the alloy ductility. Vanadium increases strength, impact and abrasion resistance. Molybdenum resists oxidation at high temperature. Manganese content above 1% increases hardness, impact strength, wear resistance. Titanium increases stability, corrosion resistance.
