1.1 Grinded bars made of thoriated tungsten shall comply with the requirements of these technical specifications.
Grinded bars shall be of BT15, BT50 grades (TU 11-77 Ya0.021.056).

1.5 Straightness tolerance shall not exceed 1% of the rod length.
1.6 Surface of the bars shall be without cavities, cracks, delamination, contamination, corrosion, burrs.
Transverse grinding risks, dents, which do not lead to rod diameter out of tolerance range, are allowed. 1.7.
1.7 The ends of the rods shall be free of oxidation and delamination.
