Processing
According to TU 48-19-221-83 bars with diameter 10.0 mm are supplied polished. Traces of graphite grease, scale residues, burrs, grinding cracks and risks are not allowed on the surface. Scratches and impressions that do not lead to the diameter of the rod beyond the allowable deviations are not considered to be defective features. Burrs and traces and traces of oxide film on the surface are allowed on the end faces. The bars shall not have internal delamination and cracks.
Delivery
According to TS 48-19-221-83 the bars should be straight. The deviation from straightness of rods with diameter from 2.0 mm to 6,0 mm shall be not more than 0,1 mm for the rod length of 120 mm, and not more than 1 mm for the rod diameter of 8.0 mm and 10.0 mm for the rod length of 200 mm.
