Technical characteristics

Rolled copper, cobalt, nickel, beryllium alloys are produced according to Astm B768 in soft (annealed), semi-hard and hard (not annealed) condition. Rolled pieces with thickness of 0.15 mm or more, width over 60 mm, are produced with flawless double-sided brushing of rolled piece with steel brushes.

Quality

The rolled surface shall be clean, free of dirt, and smooth, without stains, cracks, bubbles, delaminations, scale, shells, dents, scratches and rolls. The surface is allowed for local risks, dents, impressions of the rolls, which do not lead out of the rolled products in the control stripping over half of the thickness limit deviations. Traces of unburned grease, annealing color and local darkening of the strip surface intended for manufacture of details of electric vacuum devices and semiconductors are not allowed.
