Description
Alloy KHN70JU applies: for production of components of gas pipeline systems and various parts operating at moderate voltages, at 1100−1200 °C (can be applied to the heating resistance elements); a welding wire used for welding parts and welding of steel structures in energy engineering; welding electrodes; welding parts and assemblies working in radioactive environments, connections of details from alloy grade 46ХНМ (ЭП630) with details of korrozionnostojkih steel type 12X18H10T, 10X17H13M2T.
Note
Alloy, heat-resistant and heat-resistant Nickel-based.
The recommended maximum operating temperature for a long time +1200 °C, for a limited time +1100 °C.
The temperature of beginning of intensive scaling in air — up to +1200 °C.
Alloy KHN70JU unstable in sulfur-containing environments.
