Designation
Description
An alloy of 2.5 is used: for casting of inlays, and receipt by the rolling of monometallic and bimetallic strip followed by the stamping of the inserts with the thickness of the antifriction layer is less than 0.5 mm.
Note
The recommended modes of operation:
— load ≤ 19,5 Mn/m2 (200 kg/cm2);
— sliding speed ≤ 15 m/s;
— temperature ≤ 100 °C;
— recommended shaft hardness ≥ 250 HB.
On an antifriction layer of articles coated with a soft metal or a polymer antifriction coating thickness of from 0.003 to 0.03 mm. permitted by agreement with the consumer in technically justified cases to cover the product with a soft metal or polymer coating.
