Ni is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-436-72 the chemical composition is given for the alloy grade 95NLVF-VI. In the alloy, deviations from the chemical composition for silicon - plus 0.10%, for iron - plus 0.20%, for vanadium - plus 0.10% are allowed. Cerium is introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis is not determined.
