General characteristics
XH78T stainless high-temperature resistance circle has a complex composition of nine basic elements. Plasticity and toughness of the composition owes 78% of nickel - this greatly simplifies the rolling and weldability of the metal. CrN78T may be referred to as EI435. Foreign analogues are 2.4951NiCr20Ti (Germany), GH3030 (China). The nickel base gives high ductility. It makes cold rolling much easier. The main alloying elements form a surface oxide film that protects the wire from corrosion and can be easily restored if damaged. At t° 1100 °C the surface oxidation rate is 2 mm in 10 years. Chromium increases chemical resistance and heat resistance, while titanium gives the wire structural uniformity and strength.

Disadvantages
Such expensive elements as Cr, Ni, Ti increase the cost of the disk. But the high strength and durability of the alloy CrN78T, the possibility of recycling the material - translates the costliness of the disk practically into long-term investment. The disadvantages include instability in sulfuric environment, which causes embrittlement.
Properties at 20°C
Tensile strength is 880 MPa, decreasing at 1100 °C to 40 MPa. The yield strength does not exceed 300 MPa, at its lowest value of 98 MPa at 800 °C, after which it starts to increase. By 1100 °C it rises to 105 MPa. Relative elongation at break is up to 40%. At 900 °C a maximum elongation of 90% is recorded. Specific weight 8.38 g/cm³; modulus of elasticity of the 1st kind 2.19 MPa; coefficient of linear expansion 12.2 [1/Grad]; Heat capacity up to 14.6 W/(m-rad).
