General provisions
State Standard 2283-79 applies to spring steel tape, which is intended for the production of springs, measuring tapes and other products, which have similar operational requirements.
Tape grade 65 G, GOST 1050-90 , chemical composition
Carbon, % - 0,62...0,70;
Silicon, % - 0,17...0,37;
Manganese, % - 0,90...1.20;
Nickel, % - no more than 0,40;
Chrome, % - up to 0,25;
Copper, % - up to 0,25.
Sulfur and phosphorus are allowed to be as metallurgical impurities (maximum 0,04% for each element).
Tapes thickness is 0,6 ... 4,0 mm, width is 30 ... 450 mm.
Tapes classification
According to thickness:
- normal accuracy - without designation
- increased accuracy - T,
- high accuracy - B.
By width:
- normal accuracy - without designation,
- increased accuracy - W.
According to the type of surface:
- light - C,
- light with colors - C,
- dark - without a marking.
