Profile production, GOST 14959-89

According to the accuracy of steel circle produce:

  1. AO - especially high accuracy (AO1);
  2. A - of high accuracy (A1, A2, A3);
  3. B - of high accuracy (B1);
  4. C - of standard accuracy (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5).

According to the length manufactured:

  1. measured length;
  2. multiple of full length;
  3. of off-measured multiple length.

From 2 to 6 m - a circle of carbon steel and carbon steel of ordinary quality or low-alloy and alloy steel, from 1.0 to 6 m - a circle of high-alloy steel. Length tolerances for measured and multiple measured lengths shall not exceed:

  1. +30 mm - for length up to 4 m inclusive;
  2. +50 mm - for lengths over 4 m to 6 m inclusive.
  3. +70 mm - for the length over 6 m.

In addition, the production of wire in coils, as well as flat products in the form of sheets and strips is stipulated. The standard provides for the following range of rolled products:
