Use in the power industry
Ukraine has developed technology for production of a large assortment of tubes based on zirconium grade KTZ-110. Such tubes can be used in heat exchangers of nuclear reactors, as a part of NPP components. A thin zirconium plate captures radiation much better than several layers of lead.
