Description

Alloy CAM9−1,5 is usedfor molded or deformed condition in friction, operating temperature up to 80−100 °C; casting parts, metallurgical engineering (bearings rolling stock of narrow gauge Railways and other similar friction); casting monometallic liners, bushings, slides; bimetallic products with a metal frame for molding; bimetallic strip of steel and aluminum by rolling and subsequent punching of the ear.

Note

The coefficient of friction of the alloy without lubrication of 0.35, with grease — 0,009.
Conditions of operation:
— casting monometallic liners, bushings, slides (CAM9−1,5 L) — specific pressure ≤ 9.8 MPa; sliding speed ≤ 8 m/s; temperature ≤ 80 °C;
— bimetallic pieces with a metal frame for molding (CAM9−1,5 L) — specific pressure ≤ 19.6 MPa; sliding speed ≤ 10 m/s; temperature ≤ 100 °C;
bimetal strips of steel and aluminum is obtained by rolling and subsequent punching of the ear (CAM9−1,5) — specific pressure ≤ 24,5 MPa; sliding speed ≤ 15 m/s; temperature ≤ 100 °C.
