Alloy SV-ХН60МВЮ used: for the production of forged square billets with section of 85х85 mm, intended for further manufacture of welding wire.

The heat resisting alloy on Nickel basis.

Chemical composition
Ni is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-4241-87, the chemical composition is presented for the alloy Sv-KhN60MVYu-VI (ChS40-VI), melted in vacuum induction furnaces. Boron, cerium, and yttrium are introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis are not determined. Deviations from the chemical composition are allowed: carbon +0.010%, silicon +0.050%, tungsten ± 0.50%, sulfur + 0.5050%, phosphorus + 0.5050%, aluminum-0.50%.
