Macrostructure and pollution The macrostructure of alloy billets according to TU 14-1-4241-87 intended for production of welding rod, check on cross microtemplate taken from a supply profile must not have podnasadochnogo looseness, fistulas, cracks, inclusions of local coarse heterogeneity (elektroprenos), inversion of the crust that are visible without using the magnifying devices. Permitted defects of a macrostructure scales GOST 10243: Central porosity ≤ 1.0 points; - point nonuniformity ≤ 1.0 points; - exudation square ≤ 1.0 points.
