Alloy Nmg0,1
Designation
Description
Alloy Nmg0,1 is used: for the manufacture of pipes; tape thickness of 0.05−2.0 mm, used in electronics and other industries; the cathodes.
Note
The alloy Nmg0,1 according to ST SEV 1257−78 match the alloy NiMg0,1o. Alloy Nmg0,1 has more stringent requirements on the content of cadmium, arsenic, antimony, bismuth, phosphorus, tin.
Standards
Chemical composition
Ni is the basis.
According to GOST 19241-80 the sum of the mass fractions of nickel and cobalt is ≥ 99.70%. In the alloy NMg0.1, the mass fraction of magnesium is allowed up to 0.15%, silicon - up to 0.020%, sulfur - up to 0.0050%. In the alloy obtained by vacuum melting, the mass fraction of zinc should be ≤ 0.0020%, the mass fraction of tin, lead, cadmium, arsenic, antimony, bismuth and phosphorus ≤ 0.0010% of each element (in this case the alloy is designated as HM0, 1c). In the alloy of vacuum smelting, the mass fraction of zinc is allowed to not exceed 0.0040%.
