Alloy NK0,2JE
Designation
Description
Alloy NK0,2JE used: for the manufacture of semi-finished pipes; tape thickness of 0.05−2.0 mm, used in electronics and other industries; cathodes and other parts of electronic devices; thin-walled tubes.
Note
The alloy NK0,2JE according to ST SEV 1257−78 match the alloy NiSi0,2o. Alloy NK0,2JE has a more narrow limit of the silicon content.
Standards
Chemical composition
Ni is the basis.
According to GOST 19241-80 the sum of the mass fractions of nickel and cobalt is ≥ 99.40%. The mass of manganese is not more than 0,030%, sulfur is not more than 0,0050%, cadmium, antimony, bismuth, phosphorus and tin - not more than 0.0010% of each element in the alloy NK0.2E used for manufacturing thin-walled tubes. In the alloy obtained by vacuum melting, the mass fraction of zinc should be ≤ 0.0020%, the mass fraction of tin, lead, cadmium, arsenic, antimony, bismuth and phosphorus ≤ 0.0010% of each element (in this case the alloy has the designation HK0, 2EV).
