On the other 14-1-918-74 magnetic properties of bars determined on annealed toroidal samples with an inner diameter of 20 mm, an outer diameter of 30 mm and a height of 5 mm, turned from bars, rods. Mode toroidal samples heat treatment: Heating in a barium bath at a temperature of 1250-1300 °C (extract 3 minutes) + Quenching in oil + [First sample - Vacation at 690-710 °C (aging for 1 h), air cooling], [the Second sample - Vacation at 740-760 °C (aging for 1 h), air cooling]. The measurement of magnetic properties is performed at a constant current of a ballistic method in the maximum permeability. The magnetic properties of the samples heat-treated forged rods in the maximum permeability (Нmμ) 70-90 E. should be: - Maximum induction (Вmμ) ≥9500 GS; - the coercive force (Нсμ) ≥50 e; - residual induction (Вrμ) ≥7500 Gauss; - losses on hysteresis to Нmμ ≥1500 erg/cm3·E. Magnetic properties of the samples heat-treated hot-rolled sheets in the maximum permeability (Нmμ) 75-100 C. should be: - Maximum induction (Вmμ) ≥9000 GS; - the coercive force (Нсμ) ≥50 e; - Residual induction (Вrμ) ≥7000 GS; - Specific losses hysteresis RG ≥125000 erg/cm3. |
