Cast iron CNMG used: for the production of bimetallic brake shirts and sectors obtained by pouring cast iron into molds by placing them before the pouring of steel frames (blanks).

According to OST 1 90167-75, the residual content of titanium is allowed up to 0.15%. Replacement of molybdenum with triple amounts of tungsten is allowed. In the case of some small deviations from the established norms of chemical composition (except for carbon), decisive factors for determining the suitability of castings are hardness, microstructure and weldability in accordance with the requirements of this OCT.
