General characteristics

Aluminum bus bar is produced in the form of a strip with the thickness of 3 mm. It is characterized by high manufacturability, thermal and corrosion resistance. It is non-magnetic, biologically inert and complies with the strictest sanitary norms. Aluminium bar has a solid rectangular profile with a thickness of no more than 3 mm. Its qualities are determined by the percentage composition by the production method and the state of the material. Tire is made of aluminum and its alloys according to GOST 13 726-97 from aluminum grade ADO, AD1, ADOO, AD (chemical composition GOST 4784-74). Composition of aluminum tire brand AO, A5, A6, A7 is normalized according to GOST 11 069-74. Composition of aluminum tire AV, B95, D1, D16, MM, D12, AMts, AMtsS, AMg2, AMgZ, AMg5, AMgb, 1105 1915 rated GOST 4784-74. Composition of aluminum tire brand VD1, V95-1 is normalized in GOST 1131-76. Composition control is normalized in GOST 24 231-80. The production accuracy is normal, the quality of surface finish is standard. The most commonly used grades of A5, AD1 and its alloys VD1, AMz, 1105.

Field of application

Creation and connection of electrical structures. Used in automotive and aircraft construction. Due to excellent electrical conductivity, non-magnetic and plasticity aluminum bus bars are relevant in the creation of rigid conductors, busbar assemblies and switchgear.
