Relevance

Heat-resistant 36NKhTU sheet, strip or foil is as popular as similar materials of stainless steel and is actively used in various spheres of human activity: construction, engineering, medicine, chemical and food industry. Especially widely - for the manufacture of burner parts, firing furnaces, slot furnace rollers, thermocouple covers, which perform work at around 1300 ° C. The sheet is excellent for the manufacture of cookware and household appliances.

Production

The three main metals are nickel, iron, and chromium with additions of titanium and aluminum. The share of nickel is 35-37%, chromium 11.5-13%, titanium accounts for 2.7-3.2%, aluminum 0.9-1.2%, the rest - iron and alloying elements: silicon, manganese, barium and carbon (0.1% each), selenium (up to 0.03%), phosphorus (up to 0.025%).

Alloy 36NKhTU smelted in open-type electric furnaces according to GOST 5632-72. Forging ingots start at 1150-1180 ° C and finish at t ° 850 ° C. The sheet after rolling is hardened at 1060-1100 ° C. Hardening takes place either in air or in water, including under a shower. Strip is air-hardened at 1100°C.

Grade 36NKhTU is welded by all possible types of welding. In case of manual electric arc welding OZL-35 electrodes are used. Sheet 36NKhTU produced in accordance with GOST 24 982-81. This standard regulates the production of heat-resistant rolled products on a nickel base. Rolled sheets have a thickness of 1 mm - depending on the conditions of use. It is produced by different methods. The customer can choose the form of delivery.

Application of

Due to the high resistance to temperature overloads: alloy 36NKhTU used in the construction of turbines, furnaces, combustion chambers of engines. Parts for missile defense facilities are made of the sheet. The high content of nickel and chromium makes it possible to operate at temperatures up to 1300ºC in hostile environments without loss of strength.
