Quality requirements
Surface of bars should be clean, without films, shells, cracks, bubbles, dents, burrs and scratches. Local surface defects not exceeding the diameter tolerances during control cleaning are allowed.
Traces of technological grease, as well as colors of tarnishing, local reddening and darkening are allowed. The bars in the fracture shall have no extraneous inclusions, delaminations and voids.
In bars with diameter of 70 mm or more, fine pinholes are allowed. At the request of the customer, the quality of the break shall be established by samples approved in the prescribed manner.
