Range of products: bars, diameter 10−160 mm, ground or polished bars with special surface finish with tolerance range h10-h12 (cr.1,5−70 mm); forged round, rectangular and square bars up to 2,0 m long. Delivery condition: with annealing

General characteristics: chrome-tungsten-silicon tool steel for impact tools of high toughness, high hardenability (up to 70−80 mm) and hardenability. Sensitive to flocculation, prone to temper embrittlement, not used for welded constructions. Specific heat capacity at 20−100°C is 462 J/(kg°C).
Application: knives for cold metal cutting, thread rolling dies, punches and crimping dies for cold work, dies of complex shape, working with high shock loads; woodworking tools.
Types of products: round, square and rectangular bars, calibrated bars, forgings and forged blanks.
Delivery condition: annealed (high-tempered).

Applications: piercing punches, spiral drills, cutters, reamers, taps, planing tools, circular saws, deforming tools, cutting tools for precision work, reference punches for dies.
Types of supplied products: bars from 8 to 75 mm in diameter, rolled strip with thickness of 20−40 mm and width of 40−100 mm; forged round and square bars from 80 to 180 mm, length not more than 2 m. Steel calibrated with a special surface finish from 2 to 11 mm. Delivery condition: with annealing.
