Quality
The surface of ingots, blocks and bars should be free of foreign inclusions and without any signs of "tin plague" (grey surface patina of a dull color). Corrugated, uneven surface, shrinkage shells are allowed.
Tin rods must not have any foreign inclusions in the fracture. Tin ingots and rods of OVCH 000 grade shall have smooth shiny surface. The edges of powders and rods of all grades must not have splashes.
