1. SORTMENT .
1.1 Hot-rolled bars are made with a diameter of 14.5 to 40 mm, forged - from 30 to 60 mm, forged - with a diameter or rectangular side from 30 to 300 mm.
If requested by the customer, the forgings are made with ground surface.

Bars can be hot-rolled in nominal length from 150 mm to 1500 mm, forged from 100 mm to 300 mm.
As agreed between the manufacturer and the customer, bars are manufactured in measured length within the odd length. Length tolerances shall not exceed +30 mm for hot-rolled bars, and +15 mm for forged bars.
1.3 Dimensions of forgings by diameter or rectangular side are set at 5 mm intervals up to 100 mm, and at 10 mm intervals over 100 mm.
1.4 The ovality must not exceed the limit deviation for diameter.
1.5 Curvature of hot-rolled bars shall not exceed 1 mm per 100 mm length.
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1а. Molybdenum powder must have the following chemical composition, %, not more: iron - 0.014; aluminum - 0.005; nickel - 0.005; silicon - 0.005; magnesium - 0.003; sodium - 0.015; potassium, 0.05; calcium, 0.007; tungsten, 0.4; oxygen and moisture, 0.3; molybdenum - the rest.
Powder particle size shall not be greater than 0,005 mm for 92% powder by mass.
2.2 According to the order, forgings shall be made in an annealed state or without annealing with the surface cleaned from oxides or mechanically processed.
2.3 The surface shall be free of cracks, quenches, shackles and films.
2.4 No defects are allowed on the surface of turned bars and forgings, except for a few minor defects to a depth of not more than half of the limiting sectional deviation, counted from the actual size.
