Production

The filter is made of PVC pipes with spigot threaded connection Ø 125 mm and stainless steel mesh of plain (lace) weave P56, P48, P72. PVC pipes have a wall thickness of 5 mm and length from 2 to 3 meters. The filtration part, which is 1 meter, 2 meters or 3 meters long, is perforated with holes Ø 16 mm under the mesh, and wrapped with stainless wire Ø 2 mm. The edges of the mesh filter are sealed with special pads, its sealed seam is additionally secured with stainless self-tapping screws. The material for the filters is lavsan, polypropylene, which by its properties can be used in different spheres of national economy. Contaminants retention efficiency is 95-99% of the total volume.

SMS bag (bag filter elements)

SMS type filter elements are designed for purifying gaseous and liquid media from mechanical impurities, and operate in tandem with special bulbs of the FP type . In its upper part there is a special polyethylene insert which allows to fix the bag in the FP flask hermetically (the bag and the insert are welded to each other). The bag is made of lavsan or polypropylene felt, resistant to high temperature, a wide range of corrosive liquids, including organic solvents, acids, oils, microorganisms and alkali. The bags are highly durable and have a large capacity.

Filter replacement elements are produced in the form of a cylindrical bag. In its upper part there is a special polyethylene insert, which helps to fix the bag in the FP flask.
