Heat-resistant heat-resistant wire
Technical characteristics
Ability to withstand considerable mechanical stress without breaking at very high temperatures. Heat resistance, low temperature coefficient of expansion, significant electrical resistance to gas erosion at high temperatures of about 1000 °C. The production is carried out by rolling or electrolytic method.
Alloying
Base percentage of chromium (minimum 10.5%). Components such as molybdenum, titanium, nickel and cobalt, molybdenum or tungsten are added to increase corrosion resistance.

Through doping, the surface of the wire is covered by a stable oxide film in air.
Use
Drying and firing furnaces, high-temperature furnaces, resistance elements, industrial heating elements, heaters.
