Description

Alloy CA4M1 used: for the production of molding critical parts of medium strength; casting parts for shipbuilding, ship engineering and instrumentation; hull, reinforcing, decorative parts of automobile, tractor, electrical and other industries.

Note

The alloy has good fluidity, good corrosion resistance, practically does not change size during natural aging (but dimensional stability is lower than that of alloy Ca4m1o).

According to OST 5P.9209-82, the total content of impurities is ≤ 0.15%. Impurities, which are not regulated, are included in the total amount of impurities.
According to GOST 19424-97 in the alloy for the production of pigs, the mass fraction of the main components and specific impurities can be changed by agreement of the consumer with the manufacturer.
According to GOST 25140-93, at the request of the consumer, the mass fraction of lead should be ≤ 0.006%.
