The company Evek GmbH offers to buy sheets, strips, wires of manganese structural steel 35G2, 35S20, 1.1170. Supplier guarantees an economically attractive price for products from the manufacturer, and provides prompt delivery of rolled metal products to the location specified by the consumer.
Chemical composition
CIS low-alloy structural steel of 35G2 grade is produced in accordance with technical norms and requirements
- Carbon - 0.31...0.39%;
- Silicon - 0.17...0.37%;
- Manganese - 1,40 ... 1,80%.
In the composition of steel 35G2 are also metallurgical impurities, sulfur and phosphorus. Their quantity should not exceed 0,04%. The well-known foreign analogues of 35G2 steel are structural low-alloy steels 35S20 and 1.1170. Their production is regulated by technical requirements of European standard EN 10084-2006. The chemical composition of the above-mentioned steels differs slightly from that of 35G2 steel:
Element | Carbon | Silicon | Carbon, silicon | Nickel, chromium | Molybdenum |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Percentage content in steel | 0,25...0,32 | Up to 0.40 | 1,30...1,65 | Not more than 0.30 | Not more than 0.10 |
Standard EN 10084-2006 also allows for the presence of non-metallic impurities - sulfur and phosphorus - but their amounts in steels may be 0.05% (for phosphorus) and 0.035% (for sulfur).
Buy at producer price sheet, strip and wire of medium-carbon manganese steels 35G2, 35S20, 1.1170 offers the company Evek GmbH. Cost-effective price from the manufacturer. Supplier guarantees the performance of the nomenclature range, as well as timely delivery of rolled products to the address specified by the customer.
Properties and application
Low-alloy constructional steel grades 35G2, 35S20, 1.1170 with high manganese content have increased strength after various types of heat treatment. Billets of the mentioned steels are used in production of shock-resistant sheet machine parts - fingers, flat levers, and brackets, as well as in production of high-strength fasteners. Steels can be subjected to sheet stamping (except for cold drawing operations), for machining it is advisable to use cutting tools made of hard alloys. The weldability of steels is satisfactory.
The main mechanical characteristics of the considered steel grades:
- Tensile strength - 570 ... 630 MPa;
- ultimate ductility - 290...345 MPa;
- Relative elongation - not less than 17%;
- Brinell hardness after annealing - not more than 255 NV.
Company Evek GmbH offers to buy sheets, strips and wires made of 35G2, 35S20, 1.1170 construction steel grades with high manganese content at producer price. The supplier ensures compliance of the assortment range of supplies, as well as timely delivery of products to the address specified by the customer.
