Technical characteristics
Stainless heat-resistant low-alloy martensitic steel. The base of the alloy is iron: its share is about 90%. The composition is alloyed with chrome, manganese, aluminum. Impurities not more than 0,3%. It is used in the manufacture of pipes, pipe fittings, parts of boiler installations, working at t ° up to 600 ° C; Service life over 10000 hours. The temperature of intensive scale formation is higher than 650 ° C.

Alloying has a multidimensional effect on steel quality. Chromium increases hardness, corrosion resistance. Manganese content above 1% increases hardness, impact strength and wear resistance. Aluminum increases processability and prevents rusting.
