A super duplex stainless alloy with 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum and 7% nickel, designed for parts that require exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, such as petrochemical and marine equipment. The alloy has excellent resistance to chloride corrosion cracking, high thermal conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion. High levels of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen provide excellent resistance to pitting, crevice and general corrosion.
