CrN60VT wire
Along with the designation of CrN60VT in the technical literature encountered and another name EI868 or VZh98. The foreign analogue is the alloy "Inconel 601". The chemical composition, mechanical and physical properties of the wire CHN60VT are regulated

Production
The wire is made from an alloy obtained by electroslag melting in open vacuum induction or vacuum arc furnaces. The standard diameter of the manufactured wire varies from 1.2 to 4 mm. Depending on the diameter, deviations from the standard are 0.07 to 0.14 mm. Rolling is carried out in the range of 1180ºC (at the beginning) and 1050ºC at the end. Hardening is possible in air or in water at up to +1200ºC. The surface of CrN60VT wire, made in accordance with all technological conditions should have no cracks, traces of contamination, delamination, shells, although the presence of scratches and small dents is allowed.
Basic qualities
The ultimate short-term tensile strength of CrN60VT wire is 750 MPa, the limit of proportionality is 300 MPa. Elongation at break does not exceed 40% and relative contraction is 50%. The wire is well welded and requires neither pretreatment nor final treatment after welding. Although in some cases it is recommended to heat the alloy to 300ºC followed by annealing for more reliable welding. Corrosion resistance is very high, at temperatures up to 1100ºC it is 0.36 mm per year, and at 1200ºC it is 0.6 mm per year. The density at 20ºC is 8.8 g/cm³, and the heat capacity of the material does not exceed 9.6 W/(m-grad).

Applications
High-temperature operating conditions require the use of specialized heat-resistant alloys. Heat-resistant nickel alloy KhN60VT belongs to such alloys. Wire of this grade is used for the manufacture of parts operating at t º up to 1000 º C: in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, construction, chemical, food, gas and other industries - everywhere where high resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. It is used for welding nickel-containing alloys with other metal alloys, overlaying parts.
Supplies
For robotic welding wire is supplied in tungsten carbide condition with a diameter of up to 2mm. For manual welding wire is supplied in soft or heat-treated condition. Lead times are minimal.
